Disconnect platform access

Open Connections in your RunUGC workspace and remove the connected social account. You can also remove RunUGC from the connected platform's app and business-integration settings. This revokes future access but does not itself erase records already required for security, billing, or legal compliance.

Request deletion

Email hello@kaizhiwei.com from the address associated with your RunUGC account. Use the subject “RunUGC data deletion request” and identify the workspace and connected social account you want deleted. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

We will verify that you control the account, acknowledge the request, and delete or anonymize eligible account, campaign, token, publishing, and metrics data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any information we must retain for security, financial, or legal reasons.

What happens next

Deleting connected-platform data disables future publishing and metrics synchronization for that account. Deleting your RunUGC account may also remove generated assets and workspace history, so download anything you need before requesting deletion.
