Using RunUGC
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use RunUGC only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any connected platform. You are responsible for the campaigns, source material, publishing instructions, and accounts you authorize.
Content and permissions
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant RunUGC the limited rights needed to process that content, generate requested outputs, store artifacts, and publish to destinations you select. You must have the rights and permissions required for all content and accounts you use.
Credits, payments, and refunds
Credit-pack purchases are one-time payments. Credits are consumed as described before a generation or publishing workflow starts. Except where required by law, consumed credits and completed generation work are non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge or credit settlement is incorrect.
Acceptable use
Do not use RunUGC to violate rights, mislead or harm people, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or publish to an account without authorization. We may suspend access when needed to protect customers, platforms, or the service.
Service availability and liability
RunUGC depends on third-party platforms and providers, so features may change or become unavailable. The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunUGC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
