Information we collect

We collect account and workspace details you provide, campaign inputs and generated assets, operational logs, and billing records needed to provide RunUGC.

The free hook utility processes your inputs in your browser. Choosing to create with a hook saves a draft in this browser and transfers the details you confirm to your workspace. We record the source page and creation milestones for signed-in accounts to understand activation.

When you connect a social account, we receive the account identifiers, permissions, access tokens, publishing results, and performance metrics that the platform makes available for the features you enable. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, generate creative work, publish content you request, report results, settle usage credits, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve service reliability.

Connected-platform data is used only to operate the features you authorize and is handled subject to the applicable platform terms and permissions.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with infrastructure, payment, generation, analytics, and social-platform providers needed to run the service, or when required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention and security

To enforce one trial per account, we retain a hash of your normalized email and trial eligibility identifiers after account deletion. We do not keep your email address in that trial eligibility record.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain financial and security records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted credentials, scoped permissions, and audit records to protect customer data.

Your choices and deletion

You may disconnect a social account at any time. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of your RunUGC account data by emailing hello@kaizhiwei.com. Instructions for deleting connected-platform data are available on our Data Deletion page.
